Christmas Tree Collection Terms and Conditions

This year we will be collecting the trees on Saturday 6th January 2024. Please arrange for your Christmas tree(s) to be available outside your property so it’s easy for us to collect by 8am on the Saturday morning.

You will be emailed  instructions to download, print out and put with your tree(s). Please just push it on a branch so we can easily spot the trees to be collected.

Our volunteers will try to collect all trees on the Saturday. We cannot advise you what time we will be collecting as the routes are finalised at the last minute and may change at short notice depending on weather and conditions.

If our volunteers run out of time on Saturday, some trees may get collected on the Sunday.

Unfortunately, we cannot return later to collect trees if they are not put out in time due to the limited time our vehicle, trailer and volunteers are available.
