Martial Arts classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the Britannia Room, Wythall House.

Fully insured and trained instructor, soft canvas mats.

 Tuesday
 6.00 – 7.00pm  Women’s self defence – a light way to learn how to defend yourself while training in an all women environment.
 7.00 – 8.00pm  Goshin jutsu – a self defence based style comprising of kata and jujitsu. 16yrs+
  (Both Tuesday classes are taught without formal martial arts clothing so just a tracksuit is required)

 

 Thursday
 5.30 – 6.30pm Fitness self defence – a more aggressive workout comprising of jujitsu, judo, aikido and wrestling. Not for the fainthearted, 16yrs+.
 6.30 – 7.30pm  Junior jujitsu self defence – a fun class where training is interesting and effective, 5 – 15yrs.
 7.30 – 8.30pm  Senior jujitsu self defence – a more advanced class where technical skills are enhanced and new abilities learned. This class is 16yrs+

 

  (All Thursday classes are taught with formal martial arts clothing. This is available on loan in the dojo)
 Your first class is always free and then from:-  £3 per hour for juniors
 £4 per hour for seniors
